If you have experience as a Contract Administrator/Project Coordinator with the following skills we would love to hear from you!

  • 5 years experience in the Construction/Fitout Industry
  • Healthcare experience an advantage
  • Experience working with Councils
  • Trade negotiation skills
  • Confidence liaising with clients, contractors and staff
  • Experience dealing with WHS Compliance, SWMS, Insurances
  • Experience issuing tender packages to trades
  • Must be able to easily understand & review scope of works documentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Jonas Premier & Procore experience an advantage
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Must have own Drivers Licence
