In our initial meeting, we ask a lot of questions about your healthcare design and construction goals. Space planning is a complex, yet fundamental step in the design and fit-out process. Working closely with you, our dedicated team explores your practice requirements – both present and future – and conducts an in-depth analysis of your space.
Our purpose is to define each zone, optimise circulation and patient privacy, maximise light and acoustics while creating balance and symmetry.
The physical ambience of your practice has a significant impact on your patients’ experience, staff productivity and clinical outcomes. A pivotal stage, here we workshop your vision and determine how you want your practice to look and feel.
We deep-dive into aesthetics and explore the best design to maximise your practice efficiency. Combining your ideas with our design expertise, we then provide you with a final fixed price and move onto finalising your floor plans and construction documents.
We completely manage your council approval process, from getting your DA through to obtaining your Construction Certificate. Taking the onus off you, we also engage a building certifier throughout the fit-out process, who ensures all building works are carried out according to relevant specifications and codes.
Meeting with our experienced design team, we guide you through your selection of quality finishes, furniture and equipment. Then, construction begins! Here, our in-house team of experienced tradespeople, cabinet makers and project managers all work in collaboration to deliver your perfect healthcare practice – on schedule and on budget.
Your dedicated project manager manages and coordinates each trade, to ensure a smooth and seamless fit-out process.
Fitting in with your timeframe and minimising disruption to your business, your project manager keeps you in the loop at all times with open and honest communication. We also encourage you to meet with us on-site, so you can view our progress firsthand.
Once we’ve completed the fit-out and ensured that all works are fully compliant, we’ll organise a Building Certifier to issue a Compliance Certificate and an Occupation Certificate. We’ll then meet with you in your brand new practice for a pre-handover inspection.
If any rectifications are required, we’ll organise these to be completed promptly. You can then organise when to move-in and officially open your doors.
